When you begin ongoing work with me, a regular time becomes yours. The same day, the same time, held for you. You do not rebook week to week, and you are not competing for a slot each time you need one.

Why the space is held this way

Depth work needs consistency to grow in.

Many people come to therapy having learned to neglect their own needs. You may have had support that was only there in a crisis, or a regular place that was yours until you were no longer visibly struggling enough to keep it. Maybe things were ok enough and therapy just drifted off because scheduling became a barrier.

A reserved space works the other way around. The time is yours, whether this is a hard week or a steady one, you never have to have a ‘good enough’ reason to use it. It is a dependable place you can settle into, returning to ongoing practice rather than limited space that risks becoming ‘between session’ updates each time. This consistency cultivates change at a foundational level, supporting strength and stability that goes beyond temporary remediation. It is also what allows the relationship to become something solid enough to lean on, which is crucial for positive therapeutic outcomes.

You deserve not to have to wonder whether I will be available to you. Holding the time this way is how I make sure you never have to.

If something comes up

Life happens, and the reserved space has room for it.

A number of cancellations each year are free, no reason needed, and if something comes up you can move a session rather than lose it. If I need to cancel, you are never charged.

The full terms, including notice periods and how payment works, are on the Cancellation Policy page.

This consistency and predictability is what long-term, meaningful change needs. It is the steady ground that relational, attachment-oriented therapy grows from.

When it is time to end, I ask for two sessions’ notice, so we can close our work with care. What that means is I will prepare by reviewing my practitioner notes on our therapeutic journey, and bringing my reflections to our sessions. Together, we can use the last two sessions to celebrate the changes you have made, and what you will carry forward after our work together ends.

Booking and availability

A free call first, so you can feel whether this is the right fit.

Ongoing work is weekly. You can find current availability and the four-tier sliding scale on the Availability and Fees pages.

Because the relationship is the foundation of this work, I offer a free 20-minute call before we begin, so you can get a sense of whether I am the right fit for you. There is no pressure to continue. If weekly isn't workable for you, that call is a good place to raise it, rather than ruling yourself out.
